NCS contract transition begins on April 2, 2023. Operational responsibilities begin on June, 1, 2023. Contract tasks will be transitioned to the NCS contract as current NASA contracts end according to their original or extended contract periods. This means not all positions and tasks will transition at the same time and some tasks will transition in April and May to begin on June 1 while others may be months or even years from now. NASA is finalizing the details of the tasks that will transition to NCS and will provide that information to PCI Productions soon. The table above (from the solicitation) lists the approximate timeframes for contracts with tasks that are slated for the NCS contract.
Note that not all contract tasks are always migrating to NCS.
