PCI Productions, LLC (PCI-P) was founded in 2016 then rebranded and restructured with new operations beginning in 2020. But PCI-P is not new. The company is an evolution of the vision that started with Media Fusion on October 1, 1995. To pursue opportunities in accordance with SBA protocols. Media Fusion grew to $18M in revenue in 2019 but it was clear the future would be limited based on the current structure. The former CEO of General Electric, Jack Wells once said, “Change before you have to.” We assessed our situation, assigned Media Fusion's founder Tim McElyea as the CEO of PCI-P, and positioned PCI-P to be a premiere source for quality communication and professional services building on the Media Fusion model. Our new business structure enables us to take full advantage of our Native American Tribal ownership and position us well for continued success. The initial results have been significant with over $250M in contract awards in the first three years of operations. PCI-P is currently supporting NASA, U.S. Navy, USDA, U.S. Air Force, U.S. Army Materiel Command, U.S. Space Force and receiving solid performance ratings from our customers. We are well on our way to achieving bigger and better services building on our 20+ year federal contracting business foundation.
PCI-P is a uniquely strong small business prime contractor and support services provider. We bring matured systems and processes for reliable support service delivery. The figure below illuminates the evolution of Media Fusion to PCI-P showing 25 years of successful federal experience. In 2018, the Poarch Band of Creek Indians (PBCI) purchased Media Fusion (retaining all staff and leadership) to expand their federal business portfolio. To maximize access to contract opportunities and bring mature capabilities to federal customers, PBCI formed PCI-P in 2019. PCI-P builds on the foundation of 25 years of successful business systems and award-winning capabilities. The result is a small 8a business with performance characteristics of a seasoned, 25-year-old government services company.
